You better study up on who is losing votes and it sure is not the younger people or the progressives.
More like ol white men conservatives who are dying off and no new young ones following them.
thats why gerrymandering is happening and voter ID laws that restrict voters.

Im all for young 18 year olds when they turn 18 and they are automatically elegible to vote.

Legal Abortions go across the whole spectrum of the population, not just the progressives.
Fetal Tissue research has been legal for years.
