I have an 80 year old father that is hard of hearing that I could imagine in that situation of being confused when pulled over. That said, if he was in that video there is nowhere on earth that that officer could hide from the wrath that I would bring down on him.

I take these videos on a case by case basis and support the police when they are right, but if a mid twenties trained officer can't get cuffs on a 180lb mid seventies man without a tazer, he needs to find another line of work. Maybe a prison guard or something.
