His pen is ready. And the dems are controlled by the party officials not by Obama. Same thing with the GOP.

The real clown show is the GOP having civil war between the moderate republicans and the TPers.
Fear and intimidation and shutting down the government and costing billions is the clown show.

Yes, I have always complained. Not so much about the have nots, but the haves.
Just remember, we are all in this together at this time in history.

Add Debbie Wasserman Schultz to the list of Dem politicians running away from Barack Obama. Kind of ironic, no, given that DWS is Chair of the Dem party and President Obama is its standard bearer? On today's Morning Joe, repeatedly pressed by Joe Scarborough as to whether voting for Dem candidates means a continuation of President Obama's policies, Wasserman Schultz refused to answer. Instead, the DNC Chair trotted out shop-worn lines about Obama not being on the ballot, Dems "having your back," etc.
After she departed, Scarborough got in a goodbye shot: "It's ridiculous. People that voted with the president 95, 96, 97, 98% of the time can't say his name."
JOE SCARBOROUGH: So should voters know that if they go out and vote for a Democratic candidate, they will be voting for a continuation of Barack Obama's policies?
DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: Voters should that know when they go out and vote for a Democratic candidate, that they are voting for someone who has their back, who's going to focus on strengthening our economy, getting the economy to focus on job creation.
SCARBOROUGH: But I'm asking as it pertains to Barack Obama. This is a question that a lot of people are asked.
WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: You know, Joe, Barack Obama was on the ballot in 2012 and 2008. The candidates that are on the ballot are Democratic and Republican candidates for congress, the U.S. Senate, governors across the country.
SCARBOROUGH: Right, Debbie, but my question is -- it's a legitimate question and there is not a wrong answer and.
WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: No, no, it's a legitimate question.
SCARBOROUGH: And if the president has done a great job, Debbiel, if you vote for Democrats, are you voting for a continuation of Barack Obama's policies? He says, yes, you are, do you agree with the president?
WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: If you vote for Democrats, you are voting for candidates who are focused on creating jobs, getting the economy turned around and continuing to move us forward, creating more opportunities for people to succeed. If you vote for a Republican, you are voting for someone who has embraced the Tea Party agenda, who would double down on obstruction and who would stop us from moving forward.
            . . .
SCARBOROUGH: It's ridiculous. You have people that voted with the president 95, 96, 97, 98% of the time --
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Who can't say his name.
SCARBOROUGH: Can't say his name. They say: you send me up there, I'm going to be a pain in his backside. It's a joke! It's a clown show!

Hey Boom, I'll be voting for his policies.
And I take it your voting for the party that has no ideas or solutions but love the word NO.

It won't be long or may have already happened that 2/3rds of the senate democrats have turned against him. In that case, his pen is worthless.

You really believe that 2/3s are gonna vote against him ?
You need to study up on how political parties operate and function.
His veto still will be more powerful than both Congresses voting 100% on a bill.
If the GOP takes over both Houses than we are doomed for ever getting anything done without some give and take.
Its been that way already with just 1 house being different party controlled.

I'll enjoy 2016 lots more when Hillary is our president. Or Elizabeth Warren. Or my favorite Wesley Clark.
On the GOP side, loser Romney right now is leading the GOP polls.
My sofa has room for ya Boom. Maybe we can get JT to serve up some drinks and Mr R. can put an apron on and clean up the mess we leave.

Hillary ain't gonna make it that long, and Regan lost his first run and went on to become the greatest President of our lifetime. He straightened out carter's mess well before his first term was up. Never once did he have to blame things on carter unlike your messiah.

My lifetime favorite was John Kennedy. I haven't forgotten what the 2nd rate movie star did to the air traffic controllers and the loss in wages under his reign. Never trust a turncoat. Especially one from going from a democrat to a republican.

The ATC’s should have been thrown in prison. (all public sector unions should be outlawed) That is what it all comes down to for you, the union. Screw everyone else. You claim to be for the poor, Regan was able to lower inflation from 13% to 4%. That is huge to poor people. Reagan lowered the unemployment rate from 8% to 5%, again that is huge to people without a job. Sixteen million new jobs were created.

Regan saw firsthand how corrupt the unions are when he led the SAG, he too went home and scrubbed the stench. Screw PATCO, the military did a much better job while in there anyway. PATCO tried to accomplish exactly what Al-Qaida did in 2001. Go union, merica!

Yeah, you claim to be for the poor people.

Kennedy was ok for a democrat, but he sure screwed the pooch on the bay of pigs. Left thousands of poor rebels on the beach with a broken promise only to be tortured and murdered by Castro.

The pendulum will swing the other way sooner or later Mr B and you and your views better get the hell outa the way. Your fear and prejudice tells me a lot about your capitalistic character.
if you would like I'll send you some true facts about Reagan and his unemployment numbers. I was in his economy and it wasn't pretty. Unemployment went above 11% sometime in the early 80's. And he raised taxes on the middleclass and gave tax cuts to the rich. And raped the SS fund. Sound familiar ? And he would be considered a "moderate" in todays political scene.
But he did give amnesty to 3 million undocumented workers for his wealthy and rich friends. He never peeped a word about the AIDS epidemic. I firmly believe he sent weapons to Afghanistan to help form the Taliban and get us on 9/11.
He was one of the worse presidents in the last 100 years.
