WASHINGTON (AP) — Eric Holder, who served as the public face of the Obama administration's legal fight against terrorism and pushed to make the criminal justice system more even-handed, is resigning after six years on the job. He is the nation's first black attorney general. But he's still a lying piece of worthless crap stuck to the bottom of your shoe and whoever writes this tripe for A.P. is a farging blind and dumb azzwipe.

The White House said that President Barack Obama planned to announce Holder's departure later Thursday. The White House said Holder plans to remain at the Justice Department until his successor is in place. Hopefully, the White House will soon announce that the other dirty scumbag Muslim Liar known as Barack Obama will also permanently leave the White House. Rumor is that he will join ISIL.

The 63-year-old former judge and prosecutor took office in early 2009 and was instrumental in ignoring the U.S. Constitution as the U.S. government grappled with the worst financial crisis in decades and with divisive questions on the handling of captured terrorism suspects, issues that helped shape his six-year tenure as the country's top law enforcement official, which history will show he was totally incompetent and a proven liar, just like the *** that appointed him to the position. He is the fourth-longest serving attorney general in U.S. history and the worst ever in that position by flagrantly ignoring the Constitution.

He also weighed in on matters of racial fairness by exhibiting a complete bias against white folks and taking sides before the facts were out, taking steps to improve police relations with minorities by saying divisive racist comments against 'whitey', enforce civil rights laws only when they benefitted his main manlove, Barack Obama, and remove racial disparities in sentencing by letting known murderers and rapists walk free 'because the white man put down his 'people'. Most recently he became the Obama administration's face in the federal response to the police shooting last month of an unarmed black 18-year-old in Ferguson, Missouri, sadly, he showed up too late to get any of the good sheit because all his fine-*** brethren already made off with it in the riots. In the shooting's aftermath, he enlisted a team of criminal justice researchers to study racial bias in law enforcement and found that most crime was committed by a small minority but ignored that fact and also failed to tell his brethren to act right, don't try to take a cop's gun after strong-arming a store clerk for some blunts and it would be smarter to answer the police's question with 'yes sir' instead of 'F.U. cracker mofo'.

Holder lied under oath when giving testimony on Fast & Furious.

Holder is the first sitting member of a President's cabinet in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress.

Holder gave specific orders to his subordinates to drop the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers Party for purely racial reasons. Had they been the KKK, the proverbial sheet would have hit the fan and military would be at every voter place to ensure no harassment-farging racist pig.

Holder sent operatives to Florida to foment violence during the Zimmerman trial.

Al Sharpton said his civil rights organization, the National Action Network Crazy Yahoos (NANCYs for short), is "engaged in immediate conversations" with the White House as they work to name a successor to Attorney General Eric Holder, who is set to announce his resignation Thursday afternoon.

"We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder," Sharpton said in a statement as he lit another illegal Cuban Cigar and pinched a lady's behind while passing her his phone number.

Sharpton praised Holder, the first African-American attorney general, as the "best" one in history when it comes to civil rights and ignoring the U.S. Constitution and lying to Congress and getting a Contempt Charge.

"The resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder is met with both pride and disappointment by the Civil Rights community," he said. "We are proud that he has been the best Attorney General on Civil Rights in U.S. history and disappointed because he leaves at a critical time when we need his continued diligence most. But we are darn glad the accomplice to murder is going away."

According to a Politico profile in August, in the aftermath of the racially charged protests in Ferguson, Missouri, Sharpton has become Obama's "go-to man" on race issues, because divisiveness is best and never let a crisis go to waste when political gains can be made no matter what the outcome or cost and whether you are right or wrong, like the Trayvon Martin/Obama son comments.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment about whether Sharpton is involved in the decision-making process for Holder's successor.

In the late breaking development concerning the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder, the mainstream media news outlets failed to report the reason for Holder's departure. For example, although CBS News mentioned that Holder had been the only attorney general in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress, the network failed to cite this as a key reason Holder decided to bail. The omission speaks volumes.


Holder's resignation comes on the heels of a ruling today by a federal judge that the contempt of Congress citation against Holder can proceed to the next level. House leaders had been stymied by the refusal of Holder and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to comply with requests for appropriate documents in the ongoing investigations into the Fast and Furious debacle. The House further was thwarted by the refusal of DOJ personnel to cooperate with Congress in the ongoing investigations.

The Obama administration had argued that the courts should stop the contempt citation from moving forward in the courts. Thus, the ruling today is a victory for the U.S. House of Representatives, which had found itself unable to move forward in the Fast and Furious investigation due to stonewalling and the refusal to cooperate on the part of Holder and other top DOJ officials. The ruling, further, is a major setback for Holder and Obama, who had been hiding themselves behind "executive privilege" in refusing to cooperate with Congress.

Judicial Watch had taken the Obama administration to court in order to force the DOJ's hand in turning over the pertinent documents, which it had withheld from Congress. Now that the court has ruled against Holder and Obama, the House Committee can proceed to the next level of its investigation. And Obama and Holder can no longer claim executive privilege in continuing to withhold evidence.

That evidence not only includes the alleged involvement of the very top tier of the Obama administration in authorizing illegal activity but the full account of the circumstances surrounding the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who was killed with one of the guns that the administration used in the Fast and Furious scandal.

The Examiner reported extensively on Fast and Furious at the time that whistleblowers within the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) came forward to report that the agency had been involved in a massive scheme, planned and coordinated at the very top levels of the Obama administration, to place U.S. guns into the hands of dangerous Mexican drug cartels. The government claims it was "a tracking attempt, a sting operation gone bad."

But whistleblowers and investigative reporters such as David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh discovered that there was no sting and no attempt to track illegal firearms. Rather, the scheme was implemented in order to attempt to "prove" the false meme of administration officials that "most of the illegal guns used by Mexican drug cartels come from the United States." This meme was to be hammered home as far and wide as possible in order to build support for more restrictive U.S. gun laws. Not only were officials at the top level of the ATF involved in the scheme but so were top officials at the DOJ, Hillary Clinton at the State Department, Janet Napolitano at the Department of Homeland Security, and others, not to mention Obama.

ATF whistleblowers began to notice that no illegal weapons were being recovered in the so-called "sting operation," which led them to do some covert digging around at the agency to discover what, exactly, was going on. What they discovered was widespread corruption, illegal activity, and covert attempts to undercut the gun rights of ordinary citizens.
