$60-100 Billion A Year in Medicare/Medicaid Fraud.....Every Year!

I thought there were going to be huge savings in these programs from fraud detection and prevention. That's what the President said. (HHS announced a 4.1 billion dollar savings from fraud detection in 2012)
People say, "well the programs are just too big to properly protect against fraudulent claims and payments". Instead now we also have Obamacare; a whole new program, controlling approximately 20% of GDP, for people to defraud. Anyone want to venture a guess what that number will be?

I saw Rand Paul on George Stephanopolous' show yesterday. He applied for ObamaCare in DC and Kentucky and his son was put under Medicaid in Kentucky-he even had the Medicaid card to prove it. He said it appears that people are being put under Medicaid instead of insurance in many instances when they merely were trying for insurance coverage?? Something is wrong with the system obviously.
