"....Mr. Obama is doing through executive fiat what Republicans shut down the government to get him to do." By presidential decree, he did away with the individual mandate for people who had their insurance cancelled and anyone under 30. They also drafted "hardship" language, that can apply to almost everyone and qualify them for an exemption, and older people can sign up for catastrophic coverage designed for 30 year olds.(which will be on the insurance companies dime) The WSJ has the whole write up. This "newest" change is the most convoluted chit I've ever read.
