People are Jerks in that cove! Flapper and I were wading in there one winter and he just about took a guys eye out with a spook for that crap.

It’s a popular spot for newbie boat owners and potlickers, problem is they don’t know how to fish it so they just run all over it.

Unfortunately, If you are talking about snake island in west bay, it is in the middle of a major boat lane since they put in that subdivision Sunset cove. Their channel entrance goes right by it.

It’s too bad it was a great place to fish.

The boat lane isn't so much of an issue.. it's the jerks that run through the middle and back of the cove when your trying to wade or drift that hack everyone off.
