I know there are so many on the water, but this assclown in a came WOT in front of me and between me and three boats drifting upper bay shell with his stereo blaring country tunes yesterday at 3:30. He was headed toward the causeway. He could have easily gone around us, since the three drifting boats were pot licking me!
