My brother was fortunate enough to go on a helicopter survey at his lease. He took his camera and snapped some cool shots of deer they spooked up. It looks like it may be a good year in Dilley.

By the looks of the first deer. I would guess between 170 - 180.....I could be off. Main beams look to be over 23", 10 points with solid G-2's & G3's with mass. 5 years +.Originally posted by corndog View PostComment

I have helped with a Deer survey but we did it from a truck at night and it was cool. It is amazing what you see at night!Comment

Thats kinda of where I am at. Dont think it will make 180 but could be wrong. Dont think it is over 5 1/2 but hard to judge with the shots. man that what is so fun about chasing em around!
