Collegeport Waterfowl Lease

Had one spot come open on my lease in collegeport 369 acres of that 116 is rice 34 acre pond when not in a drought, rice water will be ditched back to pond. Some winter wheat will be planted for consevation season. 10-15 acres rice will be wet cut so we will have some water in the rice. It dose have a camp house we can use, and there are guest privlages. Spouse and Kids encouraged. 5 guns total. $750 per gun. PM if interested.
