A quick trip with Keith and Jonathon Sunday morning yielded 17 trout,a red and a flattie.We had a good topwater bite early with several misses and had some nice fish pull off.
Black and Clown spook jr's were getting the hits.Light and variable winds early,then it picked up and went NE.We switched to dark colored tails and soft dines and they continued to bite.The majority of these fish were over hard sand.A nice morning for just a few hours.On a side note,that surf should clean up nice with this passing front.It could bust wide open anyday.
