  • West Bay wading...

Hey Everyone... I'm new to wade fishing and I'm looking for some good walk in spots to start building my "go to" lists in West Bay. I've gone to Offats, Sportsman Rd, San Isle and SLP. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for helping the rookie..

Galveston Island State Park near the camper site. Park at the end of the road near the fish cleaning station. Walk in there. That's Lake Como.

Instead of turning left to sportmans, go straight to the dead end. Wade the right shoreline. You'll come to an entrance on the right. That is sweet water lake. Good fishing there. Hope this helps. Lord Bless.
