Fish didnt care about the rain!!!

Decided to go do some wade fishing since i had the day off due to a rainy morning. Was worried about all the fresh water we have had with all this rain but it didnt seem to affect the bite. Walked in to one of my favorite summer spots and right away there was bait and slicks everywhere. The tide was going out pretty good and it was a steady bite all evening till the tide stopped moving. ended up with 7 trout up to 22 and a flounder. The trout hit tops the little dummy in pink and chrome and shrimp on a cork. Flounder hit a speck rig. Not bad for a quick wade.
