walked in at Galveston bay to meet up with some friends to fish. I was not planning to fish, only took my son and his Zebco rod, but saw my friends on the flounder, so took the popping cork off and changed to a Gulp shrimp and worked it slowed. Bang second cast fat 19 inch flounder. He jumped out of the net and took off with my kids rod, but was able to see the rod surface. So caught him twice. LOL.

Good day of fishing hopefully ill get the picture from my friend tomorrow.

I have a new favorite walk in spot for a nearby wade. In at 6 out at 8.

Did your boy cry when you stole his rod?
