The Surfside surfcams aren't looking quite as good as I had hoped they would this morning, but swell info is predicting further calming during the day, so maybe this evening will still work.

Is there still a fishable third bar in some areas? A couple of weeks ago when a group of us fished the old Sam's Pier location, one in our group swam 50-60 yards and never reached a bar that she could stand on.

At some spots it looks like the green is at the third bar then a mile down its horrible looks like it's gettn worse by the minute lol

Really frustrating. Early yesterday evening the water at the pay beach at Surfside was looking pretty good from the Highway though I didn't actually get in it.

Got out there at 5:45 and it was rougher than expected, so I wanted for the sun to come up and the water was dirty. Went home without getting out of the cart. Maybe tomorrrow!

This was taken from the gtownsurf.com camera. I only hope in the morning that its looking better. Seems to be getting better by the minute. Any other suggestions than Sea Isle access 26 for the morning?

The brown water can still have good clarity and can be clear enough. It's the the blue water makes the brown water look worse than it is sometimes

Incoming tide with light east winds will push green water closer in. Tomorrow and Wednesday should be good. I'm going Wednesday for sure.
