from looking at the beach cam the clean water looks about 100 yards out... please say thats not true.... its clean all the way up??

Sitting here near SS on beach near first radio tower. Just got out of the water and is it just me or does it seem like every big wave hits me and only me? WTF! Oh second that on the bait... it is everywhere.

Tide is way out. Any ideas where to fish the rest if these skrimps during these conditions? Other than my boiling pot.

Still pretty ugly. It was muddy this eve, but there was a hint of green in the last gut. If I didn't have to work I'd be out there tomorrow morning.

Good luck to ya.....this evening wasn't that great.after seeing the waves today I would expect Tues to be best as long as the surf lies down tonight and so forth. Pushing my trip back to Tuesday for now.

I went down to Surfside right before daylight.

Wind was from NE about 6-8.
Surf was low to moderate.
Was too dark to see color.

By 6 PM yesterday the water on the west end of Surfside had cleaned up enough (it had improved quite a bit since the AM) to where I would think it would be fishable beginning this AM. I'm planning on being down there this evening after work and at 6AM tomorrow before work.
