I would hit the surf in the morning but have a mandatory meeting in college station. Hopefully i will be back on this side of town before 5. We will see.

I hit it Saturday morning at daylight around 65th street. Nothing before daylight, but from daylight until Sunup I caught 2 decent fish under a popping cork. I got broke off, so I went back to the truck and retied. After that, they just quit. I felt like I had been in a boxing match with that "flat" surf beating on me. I guess Debby was doing Galveston. Heading back this afternoon, hopefully it will hold flat till we get there.
