got to surfside this morning about 8.the water looked really good,not as rough as yesterday.started out fishing plastics with no luck,not even a nibble. went in and caught some mullet. waded out to the second gut and the first cast it was on. ended up with 15 trout from 18 to 21in.,two big smacks and a redfish. the bite started to slow down around 11. gave it up when a guy walked out to me and asked if i had some jumper cables, he had left his lights on earlier.i will be back at it tomorrow!
