It was on fire! A buddy and his friend and lI launched around 830 and headed out to the Upper Galveston Bay System. We initially worked a ledge next to a drain and found fish consistently letting the current take our plastics back and have the fish strike em. As the sun went higher the fish got more skittish and we moved over to work a grassline near a channel. It was the mud/ shell flat and ledge that I've been fishing lately. We went up and down and got fish slowly working the plastics off the flat and to the main channel. These fish were really keying in on shrimp and hit shrimp imitations such as gulp, chicken boys and TTF Trout Killer II Jrs. We left them biting. Get on em!
