Spent saturday night gigging a beach 3 mile long, water temperature 13.7 centigrade, air temperature reading 17 centigrade in the car at 10.30 late evening, incoming tide stirring up the sand around every movement of our feet, little colour in the water, Quite a few baitfish at a guess either mullet or small bass flying about, not deterred by our 1800 lumens gigging light at all,,, still no signs of flounder beds or flounder not one, very disapointed in our second trip. Very little wind on saturday night apart from the incoming tide breeze.Right conditions or not?
