    Engine being mounted. The fan motor mount turned out to be an excellent place for the hoist.

    The last of the electrical will be finished this week and then we will start assembling the outboard motor this weekend. I have accumulated over 85 new parts for the outboard including a water pump kit and seals for the lower unit. Some of the bolts needed to be replaced and new thermostats are in hand.
