I am thinking about picking this motor up for real cheap... http://houston.craigslist.org/boa/3478427713.html I am looking for a winter project. I am thinking I can throw some new plugs in it, clean the carb, and put a new water pump in it and sell it for more than I bought it. What do yall think about this? Thanks

You must be expecting a short winter, because your list of fixes is quite short. I'd be worried that it needs a complete rebuild or has lower unit gear troubles. Check it out good. The compression needs to be over 90 psi in each cylinder. Drain the lower unit fluid and check for water. You could quickly get into some serious bucks for a 20hp.
