  • It all adds up...Yamaha 2 stroke VMax 150

    Hey everyone,

    Took my boat in to get an found out got some heavy dollars quoted to fix. Just wanted to know if any of these are DIY projects:
    1. Replace center rod on trim
    2. Oil tank pump
    3. Solenoid (Jack Plate)
    4. Steering leaks


    Any help thnks

          Definitely Bryan, but to answer the question:
          I would consider 2 and 3 (this one is easy depending on accessibility), but 1 and 4 would probably be a 2 day project and some cussing and yelling if you haven't done it before. So, if you have the money go to Bryan. Besides, he may have a quicker and cheaper solution.

            Try Bryan at Evans. Good prices for the work I have gotten done. He is easy to talk to and updates you as needed.
