11-22-09 X-Mas Bay

Went out this morning and waded the south shoreline at X-Mas. The first fish I caught was a 27" red, I thought it was going to be a fast limit. But the rat reds were hurgry and were fast to bite whatever was moving. I must have landed 20 rat reds. The birds were working on the reef so I went to try my luck.. Ended up pulling out 4 trout under the birds. Had a good time and I'm headed to EMB in the morning. Hopefully I will have a good report tomorrow. Sorry no pictures.
