Made a quick recon down to SLP to check conditions.
Wind from East about 10knots.
Beachfront - water is clear green.
Surf is surprisingly rough. I'd guess 3-4ft. Long rod doable but wading it gonna be real real tough.
Bay side - looks good.
Clearish green @ Cold Pass to murky green down on Drum Bay end of X-mas. Arcadia pocket has clearish green.
West end of Drum and Swan Lake typical muddy.
SLP looked nice and green. Moderately choppy.
Plenty of folks out enjoying the nice afternoon.
Watch out for little ones while driving the beach.
The following bait stands had out white flags:
Brite Lite
Pier 30
Saltgrass
The new place where Beach, Bait, and Tackle used to be.
Bridge Bait.
Saw LOTS of boats tearin around so beware the Doofi Flotilla!
