Slamming report!Those pompano aren't any good let me know if i need to pick them up.LOL

Ahhh yeaaa... I think you got beat out of that. Two fish, four sides, eight fillets... One side was sauted in butter, other was seasoned and panfried in a touch of olive oil and seasonings, Next side was fried in Zatarans. The last side got vacuum packed for later ;-) Vacuum packing is the way to go and Pompano... that is some good meat.
