Wife and I put in at Lutes yesterday around 1030hrs and I haven't seen the tide that low in quite some time!!
Saw lots of junk and hazards I did not know about but tagged them
Water was ultra clear and bait almost everywhere. I let her drive and I navigated out to the 30buoy and we did drift for a short while.
She was amazed at the reefs we saw and could not believe how many we usually run over with no problems.
Lots of oysters coming back so that was hopeful unless the bunker C spill drifts into the bay. No birds or slicks but she had one strong hit and miss but that was about it. We came back and fished my favorite spot but there too the water was skinny and we stirred sand and made way to much noise. Wind came outa nowhere so we packed it in. Water was incoming by then.
Be glad when Cody gets his burger stand up and running as the elements made us both hungry by the time we got loaded and left!!"Nobody's so poor that somebody can't get rich screwing 'em."
