Bucoup boats and fishermen!

I could not believe the # of boats and fishermen out this AM!! Wind was outa the eastnortheast if any at all on a small outgoing tide. Water was in the weeds at 0700hrs and clear down about a foot. Tried drifting but no keepers. No birds that I could see.Went back up the Bayou and landed several small trout, 1 keeper, 2 nice drum and 2 not ready yet flatties. And tons of croaker for the Surf fish in the next few days. Was not hot at all and back in by 1100hrs. Lutes had perfect sized bait. Hopefully someone surely found them and limited out.

Redfish have been thick in the bayou. Black RattleTrap parallel to the grass. Sneak around in a kayak. They are literally everywhere right now. Some black drums mixed in too.
