Friday and Saturday turned into 2 great days. Saturday the wife went along and she had a grand day also. Landed close to a dozen Rat Reds, 2 -17" trouts, 1/2 dozen skillet specks, several small Sheephead, and a bucket full of Golden Croakers. Kept the 17inchers. Wife got tired of catching and admitted she had the time of her life!Lots of fishermen were seen both days and hopefully someone has better reports. We got lucky and had a "slick" come through while anchored and that's when the 17inchers were boated. First one I've seen in a long time. They were after menhaden or piggies or some kind of baits and we actually saw trout chasing them. No birds though for the tell tale as there were other boats nearby that never saw the action. Next time my HD Video camera is going with us. Also gotta get the hang of getting some pictures posted here so everyone can enjoy. Praying everyone had coolers full today!
