Chocolate Bayou salinity?

Morning All,

Anyone know how much fresh water is running the bayou or if any saltwater down the lower parts.

Salt should be around 2004 ... but not a lot

Lots of rain like we had will take 2 weeks for it to really get in the bayou .... They had something like 3" of rain

head out to the bay and you should be fine.

Caught some Trout in there a few days ago. Surface look like tea but they are there. Plum Assassins and Chicken on a Chain was working for us. Plum Assassins, imagine that!!!!! LOL

Thanks All... Will be heading out in the morning and giving it my best shot. I know been a few times caught them in the bayou after rain in about 6 to 8 ft deep water. This time going to start learning the bay to give me more area to fish
