Hopefully you guys will get a nice sunset to enjoy.
Throw the anchor, sit down next to her and put your arm around her. Tell her Happy Valentine's Day and watch the sun go down..............unless you hear the specks feeding on the surface. Scratch all that other lovey dovey crap and grab a topwater!!!!!!
Ya, the weather sucked. The wind was howling and it was cold as chit. We bounced around for a while with no takers and finally headed into a back lake. The wind was blowing the water in pretty hard, so it made for difficult fishing. She got a few bited, but wasn't able to hook up. I caught 5 flounder to 16"s and one red that went 21"s. I finally looked at her and she was shivering, so I decided to head in. Fun day though...
All fish caught on green gulp and 1/4 ounce head, just by throwing it up current and popping it while it drifted down.
Maybe next time.
I have a pic of the red and a flounder, but my phone won't send them to my email. figures....As soon as they come across I will upload them. The bay looked like it was clearing up nice on the way in.
