  • I apologize

I think I owe an apology to 2 guys that were fishing out of a john boat Saturday at the mouth of New Bayou. I could not slow down because of the depth and I would have been stuck until high tide. I did not see you as i was coming out and it was too late when I did. That is a bad place for you to anchor guys but please accept my apology.

It happens, I can't tell you how many times there has been an angry kayaker mad at me entering and exiting Titlum Tatum, you anchor at the mouth of a channel you just have to expect what you get. rs

I did the same thing. Who were those guys. I just waved and kept it pinned. There was a guy right behind me in athe deep v that followed my track out. I looked back at the guy in the deep v just in time to see him come to a screeching halt and start chunking mud sand and oyster shells.

I did the same thing yesterday about noon going into christmas bay and the guy waved at me with one finger LMAO... It happens low tide is a bad time to be fishing in narrow cuts with boats running into the bay...
