Fished chocolate bay today or should i say, tried to fish the bay today. Before the wind forced me up the bayou i picked up 2 nice keepers to 22". A pink hard bait was bait of choice. Up the bayou i scratched out 11 more trout, but only 2 kept and 3 rat reds. A small swim type of bait with a steady to fast retrieve was the key.

Im either drifting or on the trolling motor.
