I was going to take my kayak out Tuesday and fish the bayou. I was just wondering if this rain will make the bayou too fresh.

did'nt rain enough for any run off,the ground soaked it up! good luckthe fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.Comment

Well I am taking out the yak tomorrow and plan on launching at Lutes. Just want to see if anyone has first hand knowledge of the conditions of the bayou. Would it be better launching at 2004?Comment

but i agree, take alot more rain that 3-5 inches to drive the fish out...Think like a fish no matter how weird it gets…
