small waterfall?

Any of you ever seen that little tiny waterfall looking area just before the 43rd to the right a bit( Plant side)? Theres a pipe coming from the direction of the plants it almost looks deliberatly camoed with grass and algae. I sure would like to know exactly where and what its coming from. Pretty little thing though. Looks like clean water but so does white lighting!
