If Some is Good...More is Better

Fishing has been outstanding. I've been all over the map here on the Upper Texas Coast, from east to west, and have found redfish schooled up shallow at every location. I had another great day with the fly rod. I landed 2 keeper trout in plastics and 14 slot reds: 11 on the fly, 2 on plastics, and 1 on just a jighead (See Video). No big fish this time but every fish I landed was between 23" - 26". I caught all my fish in 6" to 1.5' of water on a slow outgoing tide. The mid-day bite, from 10:00 to 2:00, has seemed to be the best lately, especially with the cooler weather.
