I had my camera man,beer drinking, story telling, protege with me..... Lurefisher. Yesterday we had 2 limits of reds 21-27".Threw about 8 redfish back due to bieng right on the 20 inch mark.The trout bite was slow for us so we went looking for some grass carp and scored on a small drain on the way to the house. Hopefully, Lurefisher will post up a couple of pictures of those colorful reds.

What a day it’s was folks, Started out the day with me and Sneeky in his Marshall then Corndog in his boat Then Flatnatrulborn and Dmadd in his boat then the Reeltime in his new cruser. If a fish came down that bank it was headed to an ice chest. Day started slow Sneekys Boat 1 red with several under sized reds released, Corndog I can’t remember what Ray had I think 2 reds, Flatnatrul’s boat had two keeper trout and I didn’t get a report from ReelTime. Around 9 or 10 Flatnatrul yells hey what’s that swimming over there .I have been watching it come from across the bay .We break out the binoculars and it was two dog’s and man they looked tierd, well the dogs make it to the north shore line and are walking our way. We see they have collars so Corndog pulls stick and fires up and heads to rescue the dogs, as Ray is motoring to them they start swimming to his boat. He tries to get them back to land so he can load them up. Well they take off down the bank and Corndog is taking his time not to spook them, well after 20 minutes of trying a boat is coming up as he’s giving up and Ray ask are them your dogs and the guy tells him Yeh we fish the reef out in the middle and they swim over here a lot, Man I felt dumb I already had called Coe to get him to make a found post.
