  • West bay 7-30

Not much to report other than the wind is blowing out of the west and the fishing was tough today. My friend and I scratched out 4 fish and had a few throwbacks. We fished a 2 ft flat next to a deep drop off. Pretty much the whole bay looked like crap. The water on the north shoreline looked a little better but is still off color. Atleast I got to slime the new safe floor .

I went very early and had two @ 3#'s on a shedog and a throw back red.

Nice Kenny. I wish I could have caught them on topwaters. We got a late start and couldn't get them to hit tops, had to drag limetruse assassins to get the fish.

Safefloor looks great! I see you finally got out of your redfish slump.

            Nice catch.
