  • Slow day west bay...7-23

Went out again this morning with Nathan and my girlfriend. We pulled up to a few slicks and started throwing topwaters. We strung 4 trout to 21" then the bite died off. The water was dirtier than the day before but still had decent visibility, about a foot. We hit two spots for redfish and only caught one rat. Tides were running very high and the wind was south east around 10-15.

I hope I catch a 10 lb trout before I catch a flesh eating bacteria.
