Made a trip with my girlfriend, xtremeangler (Nathan) and my buddy Robert. Right as we were headed out the winds switched from calm to NW at around 10mph. The first stop Nathan strung two trout and Robert had a flounder. I thought we were going to do much better because my dad was at the same spot the day before and caught some really nice fish. We hit a few more areas along the north and south shoreline only picking up one redfish. The wind really picked up mid morning and made for some very enjoyable boat riding. The water was around 84 degrees and the tide didn't seem to move much while we were out. Also, most of the south shoreline is still brown from all the run off, the north shoreline looks a lot better with green water.

She caught a monster stickfish. It was really funny watching her freakout when she was "fighting" it. That in itself made the trip worth itOriginally posted by GHSmacker View PostHell I thought I was at least gonna see a pic of the gf holding a fish.
