wanted to scout some spots for a couple of live bait trips this week so i
played hookey from work today since i had to p/u my daughter
who flew in from Colorado today... left JB at 5:30 took a friend with me
who wanted to check some of his old spots... first stop east of the causeway and they were home!! boxed 12 trout and a red before 8:30!!
ran out to gyb to visit a friend and p/u some jumbo shrimps right off the boat ...then out to the jetties unbeleivably clear water i could see about 20 ft down ... picked up 4 spanish macks and 3 more trout and the tide wasnt moving much so we bailed back for the ramp at 12:30
great day and btw it was frikkkin hot
all fish caught free shrimpin
