Took some badly needed time off work (3 whole days so far this year-woohooo!). Fished south shore line cove early and late for reds-6/9 did good in a.m. with a limit of reds, tried evening in same area and caught 3 but two were throwbacks at 19". Thursday tried Chocolate and south shoreline-some trout (3 keepers) in late morning, then wind was blowing. Tried south shoreline cove at /near dusk-one keeper red (tossed back). Live shrimp, high tides. Blew off Saturday and Sunday-windy and shrimp are tiny still-Wednesday I had large shrimp and caught fish-small ones are too little to make fish change to eat them when menhaden is thick. Also caught some trout in my lights.
