West Bay near Causeway Sun Evening 5-23.

Went out to try the arrangement on my boat...switched to a nice
center console setup...Boat ran great and I really like standing now
in the center especially when cruising the Bay waters...

So..we put in just the other side of the causeway bridge around 5:00pm.
Noticed this huge flock of birds/pelicans slamming the water nearby so off we went chasing them. It was on..!! Wham, Wham, Wham..!!
Ended the day with 3 nice trout and lost several more...
All on castng live shrimp into the bird action...

Felt good to hook up again.!!
Just a quick trip to try out the boat and ended up with a bonus with
the trout..!!

Yes, I do need some FWE gear. Ordered
some stickers for my boat & Yukon.
It was fun following the birds around.
They were really going at it for a good
while in the same general area so we
didn't have to move too much once we
got on em..
Just luck they were working bait near
to where we launched from.
