San Luis Pass Trout 5/4

Walked in at the Pass mid afternoon and the wind was perfect. The bite was strong from the get go. Lots of slicks popping and mullet racing around. The wife wanted some trout, so I was in and out of the water with solid fish. If this weather holds it should good for days.

I have been wanting to get out to SLP and fish but im not familiar with the are and im not realy sure where to go. You guys just go down the seawall and wade in at San Luis and look for bait and fish...............or as you fish it you kind of learn where to go? Just looking for some information because I hear SLP almost never fails and I wanna get out there.
