    Nice try Michelle. Last time I was in Jones (bout a week ago) the reds were in 2' of water over hard mud on the north shoreline. Anything shallower or deeper ---NADA. We picked up quite a few throw backs and one keeper.

            The opposite of the stuff that you sink up to your arse in.. Mud that my anchor tines wouldn't even dig in. Probably mostly clay.

              OK gotchya, I tried to wade some clay in east bay last week and almost ate sheet a couple of times.
