Had a good time fishing with my buddy Glenn. For a Monday, it was crowded in upper West Bay. Left fatboys around 11am and waded a winter big fish spot but no action. Got word from a buddy who found some fish, and headed over and hopped out again. Caught a few schoolies and it shut down. Drifted some streaks and caught some more schoolies. Finally hook a couple keepers in 4-5 foot of water over shell and mud.

fish caught on plum chartreuse assasins, morning glory sand eels, and halloween mirrolure.

By the end of the day, both of us developed leaks in our waders. My right foot looks like a prune.


Can't wait to get my 4 blade prop fixed. The 3 blade just doesn't have the holeshot.

Take the 3 blade to Bauman, and give him the details about speed and RPM, then tell him it's short on holeshot. You won't be dissappointed. I ran both 3 and 4 on the last boat, and the 3 had a great holeshot with bigtime top end, after Louis worked some magic.
