  • 12/28 West Bay Mud Streaks

Fished the mid bay reefs around the old ICW (Greens area) and caught a bunch of trout. Water was real clear and the winds were north at 10-15 mph. Targeted the mud streaks in and around the Oyster Trawl Boats. I was primarily throwing a Sand Eel Jr. (1/8 oz. jig head). Lots of boats were lined up, but the closer you got to the trawl boats the better.......I guess the trout like the bottom stirred up. I don't have good pictures as I was solo. Did catch a nice flounder. Some of the trout were real healthy.

By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. Thomas, I am still trying to figure out the hull, but with the Yam F150 I hit 49.8 Mph WOT. Here is a short Vid. of a rough water test this past weekend:

Thanks for the report. I dont usually fish the streaks but when wading was on the slow side I gave it a shot and caught a few decent fish.
