Hit west bay with Glenn (TXWhaler 22). Fog was thick, so we took our time getting across the bay.
Hit the first spot throwing tops and had no blow-ups, so we moved on. At the next spot, there was a group already on the spot we wanted to wade, so we waded a little gut across from them and had 1 hookup with what felt like a really good trout, but lost her halfway in. The other party moved, so we headed to my spot with mud and shell in 3'-4' and finally hooked up with 2 20"-21" and 1 15" trout and missed a few. Glenn said his feet were numb after about an hour, so we jumped back in the boat and made a few drifts through mud streaks and picked up a few dinks. We decided to head in about 11:30 and slowly made our way back to the ramp.
Talked to Reeltime and he said he, plugger and GreenTide had limits.
Notice the boat in the background is almost invisible.
