Conditions:
Wind: 5 to nothing coming out of the north and then calm
Location - south shoreline
Tide - outgoing
water - clear
Donna and I met up with Flapper and Fishing Addiction this morning. I jumped in by the house for an early morning wade, not a thing. Donna wanted to sleep in, so I picked her up at 7:30 and we met Jamin and Jonathan.
Donna was throwing her usual 1/4 oz. jig head with new penny shrimp gulp and like usual, she killed them. Me on the other hand, 1 dink trout throwing plastics and tops. Donna ended the day with 11 trout, kept 8 and two flounder.
As for Jamin and Jonathan, the killed them as well. Can not speak for them both, but I know Jamin caught at least 12 keeper trout and 1 nice flounder. Jonathan had at least 14 trout and kept 7.
They need to post their pictures and a final report! Although I did not catch much it was nice to be on the water with some friends and my wife!
BTW, had to put a picture with our BUCK in there!
