Yeah he is pretty bummed about having 2 surgeries in one year.

JT- I'm not sure if he already has a doc lined up but i'll tell him about Dr. Gartsman.

Nice job Alex. Glad you had the chance to fish with your Dad and I hope he gets well soon........... Michelle, with the NE wind we had today, you wouldn't have any trouble kayaking there. Now getting back might be a differnt story........You didn't miss much in EMB this morning, most of the bay was torn up and tides are running very high. Water temp was around 72 and soon as the weather settles a bit, it's going to be on, and not only there, but everywhere.

The most important thing is to do the stretching exercises they tell you to do faithfully so you don't have scar tissue build up. I used light dumbbells after I got full range of motion and when I went in for therapy, they told me to go home, did'nt need it. Fished that next weekend. Good luck.

Nice fish and picks. All this talk of torn this and that is making my bad shoulder ache. Never should have shown off to my kids on the diving board this summer!

Did you all say Provensano? May need his help.

Thanks for the report and pics Alex.....I hurt every morning when I get up from back issues and had a partially torn rotator cuff in college playing Volleyball.
I can still pull a full day wading, just can't make it 2 in a row!
